• Email is a beautiful thing! I usually respond to emails within 1-2 days of receiving them. (If something is urgent, the phone is your best option.) If you have not heard back from us in 48 hours please call us, the email may have gotten lost in the abyss of the internet or my inbox. Weekends are free days… I try with full intention to give myself weekends off. So if you get a response back on a weekend, it is a rare occurrence.
