What does Lifestyle Design Coaching consist of?

I work with small business entrepreneurs and creative types to unlock their dreams and passions so they can actively create their dream lifestyle while gaining clarity and focus in the process. I help provide structure to those who need it. I assist in the removal of barriers and blocks to allow them the freedom to create. Ultimately I am all about having people live the lives they want with passion and vision, not wasting a minute more of the precious days we have here.

A 1 on 1 coaching session takes 45 minutes to an hour. Weekly sessions are ideal for beginning the coaching process. Location does not matter. I coach you to suit our geographic locations. I coach via phone or Skype internationally.  I also coach in person in Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties.

I coach you on all areas of your life because to live authentically, your life needs to be balanced and whole and you cannot design your ideal life just focusing on one area.

I am highly intuitive and very active in my listening. I build trust quickly and ask you very deep questions to help you gain clarity and direction.

• Gain focus on what you want in life. Identify or re-identify your goals, passions and purpose for your life.

• Understand and remove your limiting beliefs that are holding you back. Learn to move forward from the thoughts and beliefs that are wreaking havoc in your best laid plans.

• Gain support structures, tools, resources and insights that will help you in the creation and design of your life and business.

• Understand why the “realistic” option is not always the best choice to take. Actively shift your perspectives so that they support, rather than hinder you.

• Gain an accountability partner. I will be one of your biggest proponents and I will become an essential part of your support team. My success is directly related to your success.
